Motion Design & Animation Principles in Adobe After Effects (Udemy.com)

After being a relative beginner to After Effects and wanting some training to pursue my career in videography this course was really helpful. It gives good techniques but also gets you used to the programme and gives you little tricks to make your lives easier like shortcuts etc. I also love the easy to use resources it comes with. Would totally recommend!

Very nice course and Louay is very good and friendly instructor. Explaination is detailed and to the point so any beginner can understand it as well. This is another excellent course from Louay. I previously completed his AE Complete Course and went through this one to learn more about animation. Louay explains all the techniques very well and breaks every project down step by step. I learned a lot in this course and am looking forward to doing more motion graphic projects.

This is a really good course. I have an old copy of AE that came with CS5, and I was able to complete everything just fine (there was a small issue with the pick-whip not appearing in certain places, but I was able to work around it). This is a great course for anyone looking to learn how to use After Effects.

I liked the course. I liked that I could feel the passion of teaching, that Louay has. It was interesting and fun, I have learned o lot, I just wanted the lesson about parent&link to be longer - it is difficult...:) By the way, I tried Romanian translation - it is awful - for ex.: stroke (graphic design) is translate as - medical term of stroke (heart attack) ( I laughed a lot ), and there are many others, some caused by a not very good, but understandable pronounciation. It is not fair for the teacher!

Beyond his obvious expertise with After Effects itself, Louay is a masterful instructor. After Effects is a complex software with many dependencies based upon experience and approach. Yet, Louay demonstrates even the most obscure concepts with coherent precision and delightful humor, all in real time. Five stars is not high enough to adequately rate his work.

This course is good to learn SOME of the basics, that is the only thing you should expect from this course. The techniques/design choices are a little outdated but other than that good course.
