The highlight was company case studies. However, given that business practices are quickly evolving, I kindly request you to update the course material to reflect these changes. I noticed that the most recent revision to the course was made in 2019.

This showed me planning and communication details that I started using in my current agile process. I brought in the Program Increment and the Agile release Train that will fill in gaps in our process.

LISTEN ON 1.25 SPEED: GOOD CONTENT ----------- This covered a lot of great information and provided a wonderful overview of agile and a few of the different methods. The Spotify videos were super helpful and I picked up several ideas to offer my teams. As others mentioned, the voiceover was very clear but quickly droned on. Once I upped the playback speed to 1.25 it sounds more engaging and more natural. Thus it was easier to follow and stay tuned in. The 'death by PowerPoint' is becoming typical for these Agile courses. I've watched three in the last few weeks and all of them were DBPPT. Take notes, listen in short bursts, and the information is useful.

The recorded presentations on Microsoft, Spotify and PayPal are very informative and detailed. If you listen carefully, you will find tons of useful advise on how to move to Agile and how to manage the Agile process. The rest of the material is a bit broad and generic: More like an introduction to the topic of scaling Agile.

The best part so far has been getting information from the Case Study, this has been providing me with actual practical knowledge on the application of Agile methodologies in product development. L am looking forward to getting in-depth knowledge on the subject area.

By Tapan Bhatnagar on 2/2/2021

This course is a wonderful collection of practical case studies. Both the videos on Spotify Engineering Culture & Common mistakes in scaling agile are really very informative. It may not be suitable for beginners but is quite helpful & highly recommended to the experienced ones.

By Stefan Quest on 11/7/2020

so far I have had no questions posed to me, no in depth explanation of scaled agile. Yes I have seen a couple of long talks but in no way am I even slightly prepared to practice SAFe agile. exercises would be handy to re-iterate lessons learned and boost confidence of knowledge gained. This would be a good overview but as a scrum master I already have an over view it's in the name. what I need are concrete differences and methods to go from scrum to SAFe. It is indeed a good course it does get to safe later in the course ...be patient

By Jack Cai on 10/17/2020

This is very useful training materials to help me understand the fundamental Agile methodology framework and various scaled agile frameworks as well. It also provides the multiple real cases studies in the real work also very beneficial to me. Thanks very much, I will use it in my work.

By Lena Lindblad on 10/10/2020

From section 3 it was really good but for me section 1 & 2 could be skipped. Favorite part is section 4 - the information and inspiration gained from this sections contains my favorite "take aways" from the course and inspires me to seek for more knowledge and learn more about SAFe and other Scaled Agile frameworks. Many thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience in this course.

By Akila V. Iyer on 4/29/2020

case studies were great to understand the practical usage. Microsoft Agile transformation however was long and winded would have preferred a more concise version. I would have preferred more elaborate content on Scaled agile framework and planning a program increment. the Spotify culture was very helpful in actually digesting the agile methodology in a very effective manner
