Scott Duffy
Hi there, my name is Scott Duffy. And I love making complex technical topics easy to understand.
This has been the basis of my entire career – as a developer, as a development manager, as a software architect – over the past 20 years. I spend half my time in the world of business, explaining complex technical topics to business owners and stakeholders so that they can understand and agree with my approach to solving their business problems with technical solutions. And the other half with developers, explaining the business reasons behind decisions and ensuring that any decisions made on the technical side don't restrict the business in unexpected ways.
And I'm here on Udemy to teach what I know in an approachable way. I started teaching courses in 2014, and have taught over 1,600,000 students. I am grateful every day for being able to connect with so many students in almost every country around the world.
I'm a certified Enterprise Architect and certified cloud architect. I have been developing with Microsoft technologies for 20 years, starting with Classic ASP, and all the versions of .NET. We now live in the cloud era, with Microsoft Azure being prevalent in most large enterprises. I'm certified as an Azure Architect and Developer too. As well as AWS Solution Architect Associate (SAA).
Microsoft MVP Award winner for 2022-2025.

With this practice exams I earned confidence to present and achieve the AI-102: Azure AI Engineer Associate Microsoft Certification. Thank you very much!

Some of the exam questions were almost impossible to understand and almost indistinguishable from gibberish. Others were made deliberately hard to read by including badly sized and badly formatted screenshots of text. Yet others were made needlessly complicated by introducing overly complex names for variables and referring to them in the questions (e.g. A11/G11 where question1/answer 1 would be clearer). I understand the need for simulating true exam conditions by adding misdirection and stress to the questions, but sometimes you could prioritize quality of the questions more.

questions are quite good. thanks a lot. i am going to take exam on 10th June 2025.

Some of the questions did not show the images. So couldn't be answered. No comment on quality of questions, as I have not seen the actual exam yet.

Passed the AI 102 in my first attempt with score 854 on Sep 12, 2024. These practice questions are essential and high quality to build a fundamental for the exam. However, there are ONLY 100 questions in 4 practice sets, 25 questions per set. Practicing only 100 high quality questions may NOT guarantee a safe knowledge level or expertise to pass the exam. With an Accounting degree (non-computer science major), I practice more than 800 different questions from different practice mocks to pass the exam. I would recommend practicing at least 300 questions to pass the exam for safety reason.

This material is very much UNLIKE even the microsoft/pluralsite and cloud guru practice exams. If the real exam is that much different from them I am going to be PISSED about spending $$$ on those 3. I will study ALL resources, just to be sure.

Explanantion for Practice test 2, question 12 is wrong. From Microsoft learn, Image Analysis works on images that meet the following requirements: The image must be presented in JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, WEBP, ICO, TIFF, or MPO format The file size of the image must be less than 20 megabytes (MB) The dimensions of the image must be greater than 50 x 50 pixels and less than 16,000 x 16,000 pixels

very good. I got to know the type of questions which can be expected. especially the format. no point of mugging up answers from here. but do read all the suggested answers from here and suggested articles etc from azure site to pass the exam. and also use your existing developer skills. better to attempt fundamentals first before this.

Question 1 should be "B" as described in the Explanation section, but "D" is flagged as correct and "B" is labelled incorrect. Please address :)
