Almost Random Theatre

This course offers a huge number of exercises and in-depth reflection questions, while also providing valuable context regarding the therapeutic mechanisms and objectives behind the exercises. I am already enrolled in a certified art therapy training program, and I find that this course is a fantastic complement to and deepening of several techniques and exercises. While there are some repetitions throughout the first ten lessons, and the course alternates between simple introductory exercises and highly complex ones, this seems to be the result of an evolving program whose content is continually adapted to address new questions and participants' needs (Common topics at the beginning include, for example, recurring confusion about the Q&A section and repeated reminders that this course does not qualify participants as certified art therapists). I am extremely impressed by the course content, and in my opinion it surpasses several professional books on the subject that I already own
