Got confused with Size with Scale. Most of the times scale is adjusted instead size of cube.
Measurements are taken to the exact points directly. There should be a login to find the measurements points rather than (for ex : x: 0.124, y:0.342, z:.532) taking direct values either the aspect ratio or some other details would have helped a lot in calculating the position and size of any object.
