This course is definitely helpful for students studying capacity planning, but it is not suitable for professionals, as it only covers the basics and lacks advanced content. So, choose wisely.

I have enjoyed learning with this course, very practical and the spreadsheets are really interesting. Although I will have to adapt it to the IT world.
By Karmela Vergara on 7/23/2023
Concepts are helpful. Would be great if there is capacity planning for non-tangible operations i.e business operations where outputs are reports instead of products.
