I learned so much and had a lot of fun along the way! The instructor explains everything clearly and empathetically, making you feel excited during all lessons. The only negative point is that the videos' audio is not steady -- there are lectures when it is too low. Apart from that, it is an amazing course!

It was interesting and insightful but more extensive cases would be great also is missing the steps when for example a piece have to be re-manufactured, or when at some point in the process after a gateway, the line should return to an initial point of the process. Thanks!

It was a great pleasure to go through this course and learn so much new things in this few hours. Presenter is giving great examples, explaining everything not only in theory (which can be sometimes difficult to understand), but also in a very practical way. He is using a real-life cases, which any of us can face on our BPM journey. Great experience. And - spoiler alert - awesome video from Tasmania, beautiful soundtack and shots - spoiler end. Thanks for helping us to develop and gain new knowledge in such a nice way.

Teniendo experiencia como junior modelando procesos de negocio, este curso explicó muy bien las bases del BPMN usando Bizagi. Muy satisfecho con lo aprendido y definitivamente lo recomiendo a cualquiera que quiera mejorar sus modelados.

Overall nice course, clearly presented info. I have no previous experience with BPMN but met no difficulties during the course. Me personally would appreciate a little bit more testing and practice exercises for the course attenders, not only examples from the lecturer. And probably one summarizing table with basic BPMN entities and rules described during the course. Good luck :)

I really enjoyed the class, I would have liked to see setting the task types User, Service, Script etc. The only other thing would be to reset the volume levels on all classes to be the same. Again great class, learned a lot! Thanks

Honestly, that`s an absolutely great and amazing course! The way the material is presented is absolutely easy and understandable! I got deeply inspired by the Bonus video ^_^ P.S. personal tip - you can speed up the video for fast learners!

This course provided me the basics for mapping processes. I began to implement models as soon as I studied the lessons and helped me and my customers to clarify their ideas and me and my team to develop the solutions. Really an interesting and valuable tool.

Looks good so far said A-Z of BPMN 2. I'm waiting for the handling of "Data". In today's world, the BP will change often. Basic data will expand. But, Data will still exist after the BP is complete. Data section was weak. Very strong need for Messages to be communicated in Machine AND Human understandable form.
