Nicely explained with simple case studies. I would have loved this course more if you would have added some information about other tools like ARIS and explained it at least theoretically with symbols used in it.

Very good! Recommend going over BMPN 2.0 structure first then go into each section. Audio is horible during the lessons, otherwise, a very good course.

I've been designing business processes for more than a decade and this course helped me bake in BPMN successfully. That said, you don't need to have experience to take this course. The trainer is super clear, with sufficient pauses without making it a good excuse to take a nap. I really recommend it.

In the “Loan Application” case study, the first paragraph is a bit misleading. The sentence “A loan application is approved if it passes two checks …” suggests that once both checks pass, the application is already approved automatically.The next sentence then says that a Loan Officer assesses eligibility after both checks, which sounds redundant or contradictory. Because of this wording, I initially modeled both checks with their own XOR (pass/fail) branches, and went straight to “reject” if either failed, and to “approve” if both passed. The Loan Officer’s eligibility check became unnecessary in that interpretation, and my BPMN ended up more complex than the intended solution. It would help if the text made clearer that the two checks are inputs to the Loan Officer’s decision, not that the application is already “approved” as soon as the checks pass.

you often talk about "when the toke arives here", but you never explain what that token actually is. AFAIK this token is nothng more than something moving rought the flow to keep track of where you are at that moment when exuting the flow.

I loved this course and it's gonna be a game changer for me. I will need to practice more and go over the resources. The thank you video was epic! Now to get practicing with different scenarios....

Quite alright. It covers the basics at least. Very good for a starter in BPM, probably not enough for profound knowledge. Good, understandable examples and nice hands-on action.

Really enjoyed the course, i learnt a great number of things which i can put to use right away. Presenter did a great job and was easily understandable. Thank you.
