Course Description
Brain Hacking is a tactics based approach to learning how to be a better presenter and improve your communication skills quickly. This course will focus on simple tactics you can apply immediately to make your PowerPoint (or whatever slide creation software you are using) more impactful and your public speaking more memorable. This course will focus on speaking with visuals.
What does "BRAIN HACKING"mean? Most courses teach you ideas (i.e. make your slides simple with few words) and that is great, but they don't show you the how or give you strategies to accomplish this. This is where this communication skills course comes in. This course will introduced practical science based approach to communication with techniques developed from Neuroscience and Evolutionary Biology.
By the end of this course you will be able to:
Design slides with a minimum of words to create interest and curiosity
Create visually impactful slides
Adapt to situations where you cannot change slides
Use simple key commands to direct attention
Apply 2 simple agenda strategies to enhance understanding and retention
Also instead of hypothetical examples this course will feature actual before and after examples from real presentations. Forget courses that last hours and really don't impact behaviour. This course will give you the tools to improve you presentation skills and communication skills instantly!

Most will teach by explaining and describing. I teach by applying and demonstrating. Everything I teach is physical and easy to practice with lots of laughs and fun along the way.
“Ivan is probably the best public speaking expert out there! I have contracted Ivan on more than one occasion to bring my brands to life and create awareness and excitement!”
Steve Wallace - Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer - Alpine Canada Alpin
When I am not teaching speaking I am doing it as an event host and emcee. I travelled across Canada twice as the host for both the Invictus Games and the PanAm Games torch relays. From 5 people in intimate shows to 50000 in huge national events I am equally comfortable.
"The idea of perfect communication is my obsession...so if you want a completely refreshing and entirely different approach to learning communication...why not try me?"

I must say the "Brain Hacking Presentation Skills" course, has exceeded all my expectations. This course is nothing short of exceptional, offering a wealth of knowledge and practical tips that truly transformed the way I approach presentations and public speaking.

What I admire in this course that it's a practical one, you can apply it immediately and with practice you can be better in presenting. What I would recommend to make it even better is: 1- Summarize the full steps in a presentation using the methods mentioned. 2- Support the ideas with numbers ( #of presentations that used this method and had postive feedback , maybe even from who took the courses, more studies about the brain rules ..etc). 3- More opportunities to let the learners practice.

I highly believe this is a good course. But there were 3 things that made me give less stars: 1) Too many times the other course of the teacher has been promoted. 2) 6th and the 7th video are the same. 3) 7th video directs you to the teacher's youtube channel for tutorials, where as just putting them in here was a great option.

It is an amazing course, the instructor is an expert on the subject, he knows how the brain works and he exposes the course in an extraordinary way, in addition to offering a wide variety of resources to make a totally successful presentation. I really liked the close-up effects of the camera on the video, it gave the presentations a more dramatic effect and it looks super cool.

Amazing just amazing. Explains everything and makes everything very understandable. I like that he is showing bad slides as examples on how you should a apply a "hack" to make it good. I honestly 100% recommend this. Also I just found him and I wanna check his other courses.

One of the best course I have taken on how to create effective presentations. Ideas how to Link the brain with your content is exceptional. Being a senior product manager at my firm I am involved in creating a lot of presentations and running trainings. I look forward to use these techniques while I am creating my next training decks or presenting concepts or roadmaps. Thank you for the amazing information. Mohtasib Ali Senior Product manager

This course is a great toolkit for making your presentations better. It is dynamic, easy to digest, easy to put your hands on and most important, it adds value. Ivan has a great way to share with examples, he breaks the communication paradigms by challenging the presenters to be better and engage with the audiences.

Well, it's certainly got entertainment value, no chance for me to fall asleep. Yay voice inflections! I'm sure I needed this wake up, but I think this is more useful to engage extroverts in the audience. As an introvert (and I believe a third to half of us are) I experienced sensory overload with the frequent camera changes and flipping the slides, and I'm highly visual oriented... I think I missed something on the agenda and had to rewatch the video to hear what it was, and where it was since I don't remember SEEING what it was. I'm detail oriented to a fault so in a funny way I feel forced to miss something. But all in all, great short course.

I will wonder only if Ivan doesn't deliver what he promises. He leaves no space for it. Once you like Ivan's teachings, you develop a lifelong admiration and loyalty. You will start using his teachings unknowingly. Highly recommend! Let's make the communication engaging.
