The course provide clear and simple information for the learner to be able to understand the module

The whole course is monotonous, making it very difficult to stay focused on the topic. The sound between slides is annoying (there are around 200 slides, so you have that sound played about the same number of times).

I would take preference self-assessments and quizzes over verbal assessments. The resources will be helpful if provided in a downloadable format rather than screenshots.

I have been a student of Business Analysis for the last ten years, but I have to say that this was one of the best courses I have ever taken. The instructor, Sorin Dumitrascu, is an excellent educator and a great storyteller. I loved how he made the concepts really stick. A must-have course for anyone who is thinking of taking the Business Analysis certification exam, or who wants to get involved in the field.

After going through the course once, I found the following for the sections mentioned below: Section 2: Quiz 1 - The last question includes the answer. It is not blanked out. Not sure if this was intentional. Section 3: - The Resource folder for lecture "30. BA Planning & Monitoring and BACCM" is missing the PDF version. Instead, it includes 2 copies of the MP3 version. - "Exercise: Plan BA Approach" is missing the explanation for Estimation in question 4. Section 6: - The transcript for lecture "146. Define Change Strategy: Guidelines & Techniques" is for lecture "145. Inputs & Elements" again. - The transcript for lecture "147. Stakeholders & Outputs" is for lecture "146. Guidelines & Techniques". - Therefore, the transcript for lecture "147. Stakeholders & Outputs" is missing entirely. Section 7: - The Resource folder for lecture "172. Requirements Analysis & Design Definition (RADD)" is the same resource as in lecture "170. Exercise: Validating Requirements". Section 9: Quiz 8 - The answer to question 9 (Measures) shows as incorrect when selected. However, it is the correct answer. Thank you for taking the time to look into my concerns and comments. Now after completing this entire course, I've found the content and layout of the material useful and pretty good for a beginner. I also appreciated the repeat topics since they serve as reminders to us that these topics are of importance. Thanks for the lesson!
