The information in the course is excellent. There is points in the course where the accent of the presenter can be hard to understand. Although I have been in HR for many years, I am learning new things.

The content was fine, pretty standard/generic. To be honest I think I could have accessed the same by just reading a handbook though. What really disappointed me was the quality of the quizzes at the end of each section and the lack of practice tests. There was no way to evaluate if I was accurately absorbing the knowledge. Quizzes were 5 questions each, and basically if you can comprehend English you could get a perfect score. You didn't need the knowledge from the course, just to pick the right word that fit in the sentence provided. Now after sitting through almost 32 hours of videos I have no idea how well I absorbed the info, or what I need to go back and revisit. I will need to both purchase practice tests separately and possibly revisit entire sections after the fact. This is not a good course for those preparing to take any kind of exam. The only reason I continued to the end was in the hopes there would at least be a practice exam at the end of it. There wasn't. Save your money.

When I signed up for this course, I was excited to learn more about HR and how to handle the responsibilities that are required of an expert in the field. But I was even more excited to learn from someone who was passionate about the material he had been teaching. His laid back demeanor made it easy for me to follow along but harder for me not to fall behind sometimes. He is a knowledgeable instructor, very competent in what he does, and explains things well when it's needed; also, he does a wonderful job at letting us know what we need to do in order for our projects to come out exactly as planned at the end of each lesson.
