Instructor Details

Organic Chemistry Tutor

I started my education career by tutoring students right after high school and into college receiving a BA in Chemistry.  The request that I usually receive were hard core topics like Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Precalculus, Calculus, General Chemistry, Physics, and Organic Chemistry.

Over time, I learned which teaching methods are most effective for helping students to not only understand the material but to retain it and to apply it during an exam to boost their score.  Now, I focus more on creating videos and online courses that help not just students in my locality but students worldwide who might be struggling with this course.

Best Regards,

Julio G.

Very clear explanations and lots of examples given with a chance to pause and try the examples yourself to check your understanding. Great refresher on derivatives which I have not seen in 20 years!

By Jyotsna Jadhav on 7/27/2025

I like the short easy to follow videos. Very helpful and gives problems to practice.

Great way of explaining hard topics in a simple way, like Albert Einstein said, if you cannot explain it simply, you do not understand it well enough.

It's safe to say that this course has covered the majority of what I've taken at university, and what was covered was properly explained and illustrated with excellent examples. Furthermore, the method and vibe that comes with his explanation clearly demonstrates his passion for what he does. I sincerely hope he develops additional courses on limits and Calculus 2 and 3.

Was a perfect match for me. There are still some questions that I have, but those are more out of curiosity. Excellent Course!

For reviewing this content, it actually confused me a bit. Could've used more explanations and harder problems. There were also a few obvious errors within the course.

By Diane DeGray on 2/12/2019

The instructor is extremely clear and precise. I love that he allows sufficient practice to master the skill!!!

He does a good job of explaining derivatives in detail. I like this course a lot and find derivatives a very interesting and fun part of calculus.
