I work as a developer, mainly in Java, and to be honest I felt the course was a little bit too slow and repetitive. All topics are very accomplished and you can tell the teacher knows what he is talking about but if he could condense the content in maybe 12 or 15 minutes videos instead of more than 20 I think that would improve the course. For example take Section 13, I really like this section because you can learn as you follow along the exercise. Maybe other sections can implement this strategy. Anyhow, it is great course and I learned what I came to learnt. Thanks to the gadiraju and congrats for the course.

Well, I have already Completed a few Scala and Spark Courses separately, but this course gives great insight for real-time coding practice. I am just halfway through this course even then I am kinda confident of clearing CCA-175.

Complete about 75% of the course. This could be the best CCA175 preparation course in Udemy, with a lot of details, can boot up learner from 0 knowledge of spark/hadoop to the level of taking the exam. In 2020, the exam focuses more on spark2. It would be great if teaching materials can be updated on time. Also, some of the YouTube videos around March and April, 2020 from itversity are very helpful for new format of the exam. Overall, this is a great course!
