I was so excited to make a shift in my career learning new field. Unfortunately, I find this course all about slides. No student teacher interaction, dull material, stuffed with terms and info. All resources are bulky books of at least 700 pages!!! We need a more efficient material to get us started working today! I was expecting to learn about health technology, I find me overwhelmed with biology instead.

I signed up for this course with a health information technology bundle. I was kind of thinking more programming and less nurse anesthetist. LOL. I'm just taken off guard here.
