I LOVE the format of this course and how they have a conversation with each other while also teaching students how to become incident response handlers.

Pretty good overall, great information but I wish there were more hands on lectures. Audio was overall good, except for 2 or 3 episodes when one of the host's microphone didn't work, visuals were good, explanations were good :)

I've spent the last 2 weeks trying my best to get through EC-Council's training videos on this course and have failed miserably. All the instructor does is read from screen shots taken from the book. Within the first 5 minutes of watching this video, I knew this course was going to exceed my expectations, particularly compared to the EC-Council training video. These guys are entertaining and informative, and they actually take time to talk about things vs just reading from a slide. THANK YOU!!!

They explain the concepts very clearly and unlike some others, the way they deliver is fun and engaging.

Well first of my bad... I took this for Incident Management aka system breakdown to emergency responds to get the servers/storage/network back up running. That said... I for sure will complete the rest of it cause this is also a part of the above when you are in the engine room anyway. Last but not least the volume of the sounds i perfect, the positive layout and humor compiled with the seriousness "the build up to the exam" included in all of it is to me a perfect way of learning, compared to those courses VERY serious like the grave... this one gets you in the mood, of learning more :) AWESOME it is.

The course nicely covered all the aspects of IH. The explanations were quite interesting & i liked the course. The hands-on session in the end was pretty good to show how the tools can be used in real world scenarios. Thanks, great job !!!

The concepts are delivered in a clear and easy to understand method. The course has kept my attention without head nodding, so that is a big bonus. Great work!
