Course Description
The Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) course helps the candidates to achieve the CISM certification. The certification is offered by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) to validate the expertise and knowledge of the candidates regarding the relationship between an information security program and the broader business targets. The certification also validates that the candidate has the hands-on knowledge of developing, managing and implementing an information security program for an organization.
CISM certification is a certification by ISACA for experienced Information security management professionals with work experience in developing and managing information security programs. The CISM course covers the four domains of the CISM certification exam. The course is an ideal preparatory course for the students seeking to gain CISM certification as well as the IT security and information security professionals looking to build on their practical experience.
As the case with the CISM certification exam, the candidates are required to have a minimum of five years of experience in information security management. Experience in the fields of information security governance, risk management, compliance, and incident management is also preferable.

Apresentação sem dinâmica, conteúdo da apresentação não reflete muitas vezes o que é "narrado". O "apresentador" (porque instrutor instrui...) apenas apresenta e tem uma dicção horrenda, mesmo com as legendas as vezes é bem ruim para entender. O conteúdo é OK, mas não recomendo este curso.

The downloadable materials are useful, but many lectures don’t explain the concepts clearly. Several examples felt unrelated to the topic and created confusion. In multiple lessons, the instructor read lines without breaking down the ‘why’ or giving accurate context. I ended up muting the videos and relying on the slides/notes to progress. I recommend improving the alignment between examples and objectives, adding step-by-step explanations, and clarifying key terms.

The information was good. Instructor was clear with his message but the slides need a lot of work. Slides don’t really match the message that is being spoken or vice versa. The slides are beyond basic. Not having interactive slides or even slides that are eye catching you will lose the audience because no one is going to hang on your words for hours upon hours. Plus someone that is more visual

Difficult to tollow. A lot of verbal explanations. Too short videos. Sometimes cuts the first secods when switching to the next. unclear what its the topic now we are talking about (classification/headline, eg.). On youtube you get the whole course for free....
