It was very interesting seeing different styles of Chinese calligraphy. I had no idea that each region of China had different ways of writing a character.

Im enjoying this course so very much. Im actually recognising Xiao Zhuan style writing and Im able to write a few words. Beckys lectures have helped me to select better brushes and paper to use. I use liquid ink for convenience.
Im hoping that Becky will do further courses after this one. Id love to learn more words and some phrases. Beckys calligraphy lessons are addictive. They are fun. I simply watch the video and then try to copy how Becky uses her brush. Im still not very good with my brush, but Im getting more confident.
Id like to learn how to write ma (horse). I will have to be patient to see if we cover this word in this course
