Hello everyone, Im Keith and I have been working in the IT industry for a little over 10 years now, working for both small companies and large fortune 500 companies. Working for a variety of companies in different industries has allowed me to gain a great insight on the important roles and responsibilities in the networking industry. Being in IT is a fun, but at times, challenging career. Technology is always evolving so it is important to stay well educated in many domains so you can grow with the technology and keep a strong, secure, and healthy network.
I began teaching in 2015 in small classroom environments, for different consulting jobs I had. That has lead me to dive into the world of online education which I only hope grows so I can help educate those who are eager to learn the material to be successful in today's technologically advanced industries.

not an informative course, very basic information provided

I like the brief and short videos, refresh your past learnings in a matter of seconds and it also gives you the encapsulation concepts, for example something like “ every layer of the OSI has his specific PDU” L1PdU and so on.

I have a much better understanding of the data encapsulation process thanks to the appropriate explanations and labs that were discussed. The instructor knew the material very well and also knew how to teach it. I liked his use of Wireshark and Cisco's packet tracer. I especially liked the way he talks without repeating himself and making all the important points.

This course does exactly what it advertises. It is a 101 (not in depth) for Data Encapsulation. So ideally in an afternoon, you will get to download and install Cisco Packet Tracer, build a simulated lab in it, learn the basics of important protocols like ARP, DNS, TCP and UDP and last not least learn the importance of Data Encapsulation in communication within and outside the network.

Excellent explanations, Instructor goes fast but explains very clear and also uses graphics and animatins, I love that he doesn't repeat explanation in an effort to make the course longer. I love his fast talking style.

Not really getting into the details yet, so I really can't say whether the course is good or not. I can say the access to cisco website, and getting the packet tracer was confusing, and the rate at which he speaks is really fast. Remember you know this stuff, but we don't.......

I really like Keith's delivery and have completed other courses that Keith has delivered. I am studying for the CCENT / INCD1 and this course really helped me to understand data encapsulation. The courses is short enough that that I would watch again or at least some of the lectures. Another great course.

Explanation is amazing. Teaching through practicals made me understand every concept. We browse internet daily, so its important to know how the data encapsulation works from both; user's as well as engineer's point of view. Thank you!

Excellent!!!!! This course is a clear an concise overview of data encapsulation. I highly recommend it whether you are a beginner with a little network knowledge or a seasoned IT vet wanting to increase your networking skills.

I love the way Keith presents the material - very informative and easy to understand. I had an issue getting packet tracer installed on my mac, and he was able to remote into my computer and take care of me. Will definitely take more of his courses!
