Hello everyone, Im Keith and I have been working in the IT industry for a little over 10 years now, working for both small companies and large fortune 500 companies. Working for a variety of companies in different industries has allowed me to gain a great insight on the important roles and responsibilities in the networking industry. Being in IT is a fun, but at times, challenging career. Technology is always evolving so it is important to stay well educated in many domains so you can grow with the technology and keep a strong, secure, and healthy network.
I began teaching in 2015 in small classroom environments, for different consulting jobs I had. That has lead me to dive into the world of online education which I only hope grows so I can help educate those who are eager to learn the material to be successful in today's technologically advanced industries.

Well prepared course. I a beginner in the networking arena and I understand how the information flow from one device to another. I also learned how the user fetches a website, what is happening underneath behind the curtain to make it possible to access the content. Thank you for putting them in layman terms for us to understand. I look forward to more content like this for intermediate and advanced sections as I move forward.

Very good information. I needed a dive, but not deep dive, for a project and this was perfect. I had plenty of information to spark ideas and piece my plan together. Thank you

Course is very good and informative. I found no issues except speech was too fast (I feel that may be due to regional accent, not sure if others may feel too), but I got ride of entire course with 0.75x speed. Also even though speech was fast, I found it little bit lengthy. But overall experience is awesome and i recommend this course if you want to learn network layers properly with clear concepts. Thanks Keith.

This course is a must for anyone who wants to understand basic networking arvhitecture and protocols. The trainer is really engaging and expalins all tpics at normal speed. The only reason i deduct 1 star is ecaus ethis course should have covered a an overview of more protocols or atleat one IP protocols. Execept for this i would recoomend this course to anybody who wants to start learning nasic Network concepts.

Course moves fast, but so do I so it works well for me. It's repetitive as any networking course is, but not over-explained to the point of "c'mon, move on already". After a couple more times going over this course, I should have everything inputted into memory. Sort of like watching the same documentary a few times. Well done.

That’s useful for me. I think, I’ll back to that information later also. Course is explaining basics of networking in a structure way. I think I’ll find also some extends of that course also. Recommending for understanding basics of networking.

I think that the course needs to be "modernized" by means of the pencil writing on the PPT, also the presentation method is a bit fast, but this is ok, I can scroll back in the video

I have a functional networking background (not hands-on). This is a great refresher with new pieces of knowledge I haven't heard before. Overall, a great resource for me to ramp back up quickly!

Great course, the instructor did a great job of breaking things down. The only thing that would make this better if test were provided after each lecture to review what was learned and to help retain the information.

I previously gave this course 3 stars because I wasn't happy with lack of diagrams and examples. However, the teacher really redeems himself in the last 3 videos on Data Encapsulation. If you sit down with a pen and paper and hand-write the frame, packet, and segment info then you'll gain a really good understanding of data encapsulation and how devices communicate across the internet.
