Good course, I enjoyed it and learned a lot about vSphere 7 / VCTA Exam prep. My one recommendation is to include your PowerPoint decks as a resource for the course, and possibly throw in a couple review questions.

Great course. Very helpful to prepare for the certification exam. But it is not exhaustive in terms of the content of the test. If you already have some hands-on experience with vsphere, it's a great preparatory brief. It would be nice if there were some questions between the modules, and maybe some simulated test.

Great beginning course for someone needing to prep for the VCTA cert. However, if you have not used VMWare very much, you will want to take the time to build out a test environment with WorkstationPro or using Oracle VirtualBox. You can also use VMWare's Hands-On-Labs. Just remember that these are specific exercises, not situations where you may break something and have to fix it. ;^)

I like the idea that the instructor assumes nothing as with this subject, I know nothing. Learning the basics without a lot of technical terminology is pretty much the way I like to learn VMware. Thank you for leaving the Firehose at home.

What an incredible course! Rick is a great instructor, and the title of the course couldn't be more accurate, really clear, simple and very well explained. Many thanks to Rick!!! I will be using more of his courses in future.

Rick is an extremely thorough instructor with very clear voice. He clarifies difficult-to-understand concepts with diagrams and animations. Would recommend this course to those in technology who would like to better understand the details of VMWare.

I passed! This material was very important in me passing. I already have about a year of experience with vSpehre at work, and this helped cover a lot of blind spots. If you're totally new to vSphere, you will really want to build your own lab to follow along and do the demos yourself. All of the material was very well explained, and the simple animations helped get the material across. Reason for 4 stars: Instructor speaks very slow. I had all of the videos sped up to 1.5x speed and was still easily able to take 25 pages of notes throughout the course. Effectively led to an inaccurate total course time. Also, no quizzes or practice tests. Even a few simple questions per section would go a long way to reinforcing my understanding of the content and would serve as great final review material.

What an incredible course! Rick is a great instructor, and the title of the course couldn't be more accurate, really clear, simple and very well explained. I just took the VCTA-DCV 2021 exam and got approved. Many thanks to Rick for the great content!

5 stars would be to much. Maybe, because this should be learning for entrance nivou, teacher could provide us more details. for example, in storage section I was not sure if traffic goes through normal networking ports (rj45 or sfps) or there is a special connection used only for that. Storage switches also, are those networking switches used of everything or there are some special switches just for storage. but solid 4 :D money well spent
