Cloud Computing with IBM Bluemix (Udemy.com)

I wanted to learn something new in domain of cloud computing, i was not fascinated to learn what everyone else was learning like azure or aws, that's why i choose IBM bluemix and heroku as my learning objectives. I cannot say bluemix to be delivering exactly what i was expecting, but i realised that it is frequently updated and it offers various services like blockchain, kubernetes and watson features that are not easly available elsewhere. I can confidently say, if you dedicate enough time and go through practicals you would surely build a career to stand out among the growing crowds of cloud professionals.

Earlier i had not expected that IBM bluemix could be a powerful cloud computing platform as compared to AWS, Microsoft Azure or GCP, but it is equally powerful and continues to expand its domain and users.

It's a long long review of a part of IBM Cloud's catalog. No real example. Teacher not professional. Didn't remove loading time and errors. Hesitates. If you're new to bluemix, it'll make an light introduction, and nothing else.

El curso se queda en tierra de nadie. No entra en profundidad en absolutamente nada y la mayor parte del tiempo no hace más que pasear por la interfaz y crear los servicios que luego DEBERÍA explicar. A parte de esto, es dificil entenderle.

IBM Bluemix is getting more and more popular these days due to its adoption by various tech giants like capgemini, etc This is something that needs to be utilised in this scenario as there is very little content out there when it comes to learning bluemix. This course is best in terms of concepts, building instances and a complete guide for beginners on this platform.

Having wide range of content lectures, and resources this course is a good choice when it comes to learning cloud computing on IBM Bluemix. Names of some services may differ in a matter of 1-2 months, but sole usage and method remains same.

A well designed course for academic experts, developers, cloud professionals and students to build fundamental concepts about various wide-range of service offerings on IBM Cloud. He also explains topics like blockchain, devops, etc which is good for beginners.

I personally found this course very useful to me, because i wanted to explore services in each category and understand what Bluemix could offer. I learnt a wide range of services with practical exercises. No doubt, this is a good course on IBM Bluemix.

PROS: Overview PowerPoints of cloud offerings have excellent info graphics. Great resource to come back too. CONS: Chat bot project is not in depth enough 1. Skipped entities in Watson - refactor the intents 2. Clarify what Watson can do when the assistant goes out of scope 3. Devops / CI should go into integrating the Watson service created into code 4. Relational Database should demonstrate a 1-1, many-to-many and many to 1 relationship example 5. Analytics should p reload a data set and show some interesting features. Why buy this course where the IBM Cloud Tutorials are better? Overall, Update videos for latest version of IBM Cloud.
