This very similar to an audio book. I expected to see a real code review: patterns, anti-patters, complexity, logical, error handling, .... But this just how to manage code review process and the project (for engineering managers) not actually for developers.

There was a lot of repeated information. Form was different but it was mostly the same: code reviews prevent bugs, technical debt/lost money, etc. It would have been more time efficient to avoid the repetition.
