I really liked the session on concise communication, especially the instructor’s Rocky quote. One question that came to mind is: do we always need to communicate that briefly? Sometimes I feel that being concise is important, but providing enough context is equally important to make sure the message is understood.

This course was a good match for me. I realized that i tend to not be patient when talking. I tend to interrupt people sometimes during conversation. I'm going to do my best to change this flaw with the skills i learned today.

This was a great match for me. I do have difficulties in expressing my thoughts into words. It seems so clear in my mind and then when I try to express my thoughts, Chaos. I like the part about thesis, and then breaking down the points. I will work on this concept most. Thank You.

He talks with enthusiasm and he seems like he knows what he is talking about Doesn't seem to read from a teleprompter or a paper or whatever which makes him come off as genuine and not fake His way of explaining is engaging He practices what he preaches. (He is very concise)

The presenter is a bit stiff and monotoned in vocal delivery. Would love to see him interact with someone in examples.

This lecture was very helpful. I found the points discussed in collaborative problem solving to be very insightful, particularly the part on looking for solutions rather than identifying the problems to get into the collaborative problem solving mindset

This course can not only be used in the workplace but also everyday life. I feel the world would be a better place if people actually follow what was suggested. Genuinely being able to listen to someone speaking first helps you a lot on how to address the conversation. Some of this does seem like common sense but just because you have thought of this before doesn't mean others have or follow the lesson.

The session enhanced my understanding of the importance of clear communication, effective listening and building positive relationships. I learned that collaboration and respecting different perspectives are essential in solving problems and working effectively with others.

I liked the points and practices that makes sense now after watching this course to be concise, short, be a listener to understand and not to talk and take along the conversions with the people you talk. I am thankful to the techniques and way the things that made me to realize things are simpler when we break down and start putting things in action little by little

This was a great course. Very pleasant and easy to listen to the instructor, making it effective to absorb the information. If I had one request, it would be to put a PDF of the four takeaways in the last section 3 (i.e.: STT).
