Complete Jira Course | Zero to Hero Tutorial & Guide (Udemy.com)

I recently finished this Jira class and learned a lot. I thought I already knew Jira, but this course showed me how much I was missing. The examples were practical and helped me fill in gaps in my knowledge. I'm really happy with what I learned. Highly recommend!

Engaging speaker moves the conversation along well, but as we transition between course videos, I don't need every lesson or lecture to start with a company splash screen and title page. Beginning talking and possibly having the title and introduction in a bottom bar would be preferable and less intrusive / obstructive.

The instructor is great. It is my first time really getting to use JIRA at this level and it is so helpful having JIRA open and following through the steps. The only reason I am not putting a full 5 star rating and giving 4.5 it is from the stand point of when not being able to use the same instance of JIRA as the instructor so takes longer to work around the newest version to try and get to the same place. Also when the instructor prepopulates a lot of data for quick reference it becomes a little hard to keep up with having my version look the same with the same volume of information so that the reports etc look the same. It would be good if once the basics were provided on creating Spaces (Projects) and Tasks (Issues) if the instructor had some pre saved link where we can then use that data to populate also so that following the same instructions with same data.

This is perfect for me. I am at the beginner level, and our organization just implemented Jira, with expectations for me to get up to speed quickly. The only small issue is the minor differences between current version and the version being taught (example: Projects vs. Spaces). But so far, I have been able to keep up and adapt.

The course is a good, beginner friendly if you are starting Jira from scratch. It brushes some fundamentals and neatly explains how jira works, but if you are planning to deep dive into topics , I would suggest to go for advanced courses.

There are multiple issues which I am facing during lectures, there are few features which are missing as of JIRA 2026 and there are steps where the teacher has already created a draft and is copy pasting it directly, Where as I want each step step guidance. where we could have more hands on practise.

I found the course useful, covering the right amount of content for a Jira user and well delivered. However, I think the course could have included better examples from actual projects, which would give more insight into how Jira is actually used in practice.

Masha was a great teacher! It was my first Jira course to understand the tool. But I am very happy to start this Agile journey with Masha! I recommend enyone who wants to start this journey from ZERO. Now I can be a hero (: Good luck!

It was a wonderful experience learning the basics again and getting to know the lot of new additional features which has been updated in the Jira. Thank you, Masha, for simplifying the course in a better way to understand the concepts easily.

This course was my first contact with Jira and it was an excellent introduction to the tool. It helped me build a solid basic understanding of issue tracking and boards and I now feel more confident navigating Jira and understanding how it is used in a work environment.
