I have learned a lot in this course. Instructor had in-depth knowledge in networking, security, virtualization and cloud computing; he was able to explain and finally help me understand lots of concepts that will not only help me in passing both A+ exams, but the provided demos will also help me in gaining practical knowledge and understanding of the material. I followed along with the demos and that really helped in solidifying the knowledge. Thank You my Teacher!

Lots of good info. Lots of good detail. It's worth the purchase. I give the content a 5. It's the format I have to knock a star off for. The videos are chopped oddly and feel a bit disjointed. There are lessons that are 8 and 11 seconds long. It would be better to combine a few of these lessons so it improves flow. Right now, it feels like they're cut because the instructor doesn't know how to show more than one slide per video.

I am expericenced person with computers and mobile devices but for those who are quit new, practical videos needs to be added more. Overall, it was a great course.

Overall, it was a decent course. There was some helpful information presented. I feel that some of the chapter quizzes did not have relevant information that was discussed in the videos and that some of the questions had answer or answer info that was not pertaining to the question. Also, some of the demos seemed older and out of date. I feel that some of the topics were skimmed over with very little information being presented about them.

I’ve tried another COMPTIA A + course but I didn’t really grasp any of the information that was being given. This course however, is very straightforward and I feel that it has actually helped me.

As someone new to IT videos are short which makes it better for me to keep my attention on a single point in the lectures and to remember what parts I have to come back too.
