It was good but it could use some checks on learning

fine explanations

1) There are too many awkward pauses in the oral delivery and the narrator is clearly just reading the presentation slides in many cases.
2) Examples appear to be given when no example is necessary, and when it would be useful for an example to be given, there is no example given. For example, in one of the videos, the narrator gave a dictionary definition of the term "guideline." If one needs a definition of the term "guideline," then they probably don't need a CASP course; they need to go back to elementary school where most of us learned it. On the other hand, an example of an SLA or an OLA would be appropriate for folks new to the business world or to Cybersecurity.
Simply put? This course, while it has a lot of useful information, appears to have been rushed to production with very little quality control.
3) The video is 34. Incident Response Process, between the 2:45-3:30 point in the video. The narrator says to report any incident that is criminal in nature to the proper authorities; however, he goes on to say, if you want to maintain control of the investigation yourself, then you probably DON'T want to contact the authorities. Since when did the CASP certification entitle anyone to practice law enforcement? Have I misunderstood or misinterpreted something?
