Taking this course was a great match for my professional development. Working in technical support and handling complex customer escalations means I frequently navigate high-pressure situations, difficult interactions, and demanding user expectations

So far it's feeling more like a generalised "How to do customer service 101" rather than conflict management. I suspect this is because I'm looking to improve my conflict management rather than learn from scratch.

So far, this course has been very beneficial. It is a lot I already apply to my day-to-day interactions with customers and coworkers. I like to believe that I have been on the positive side and not the negative side seeing as nothing is ever brought to my attention good or bad. The only instance I have recently come across is where I questioned something where higher management felt I was out of line for even asking, where in the past there was always communication. Now I feel I'm being left out. Being told all of a sudden that I have several coworkers who have complained of me, but this is barely being brought to my attention. Where I felt I spoke and got along with everyone. Sometimes, it seems the best deal is not even talk unless spoken to and just get your day done. Sad situation being made to walk on eggshells and not feel your thoughts are not considered. Hopefully this does not come back to bite me.

It has a lot of useful information that is well curated, but a good deal of it also repeats much of what I have heard in the past. That's not to say things like SMART aren't important, but rather that I was hoping for additional insights.

Developing a customer-centric mindset s important in selling your brand. Customer judgements after using your services goes a long way. A positive attitude promotes better relationship with customers.

By Armand Engibegian on 1/28/2026

It is not necessary to ask: True or False? for questions with only those two choices! or to sate: Which one of 3 / 4/ 5 Choices is Correct? We have a finite number of choices, and the student can see the universe of choices by themselves. For multiple choice questions, each response can be designed to address one or more choices. e.g. A and C, or All are correct? etc. Best.

By Diane Jones-Guy on 1/27/2026

I have always thought that the customer is not always right. But now if I was on the other side I do understand why. I have also been in the customer shoes.
