This was so informative and made understanding how the cost of quality is not about the cost of the quality department's cost, but how the processes can cost the company money when they are flawed. This shows how to communicate those flaws in a clear way for all members to understand. I loved it!

I myself is a Statistician with 20+ years of experience. The course is taught really well. Every engineer must be equipped with Statistics, especially then can take one such course.

Concise. Sufficient amount of detail to get to the heart of the subject and provide a springboard for further research and study. The templates provided through the course are valuable. There are also a number of hidden gems smattered across the individual modules! Highly recommended course for those dealing with quality at a management level and a brilliant exposure for those aspiring towards this.

Great introductory course to COQ. The instructor continues to add lectures, so it is a living course covering many of the introductory COQ items that you will face in your role in Quality Reporting.

Highly recommend this course for everyone in Quality domain. Ray provides a simplified perspective on cost of quality. If every organization were to adapt his way of reporting cost of quality (and not just scrap, rework cost etc), then the detailed data will provide significant insights into areas where improvement is required and other areas where improvements should be sustained. Overall, a great course with a lot of learning!
