One of the best courses I have taken! Very informative and well structured! The instructor is easy to follow even when the section has depth and complexity. I really liked the appendix section with the Python learning course inside the main course! Still haven't reached the point of actually making a trading bot, BUT I didn't have the knowledge to the fundamentals until now! Very excited with what's coming next!

Really amazing, course. Thank you! The appendix to the course is also great. Feel free to start learning if you have no experience in Python, checked by myself XD. Besides jokes, it is a great way to get the basics in every aspect of this course whether it is Python programming, data analysis, or algorithmic trading. You will not get the various trading strategies here, but IMHO this is the best way to get everything you need to run your first trading bot.

the course sometimes becomes boring with a lot of details that are not related to the subject. the course in general create a good framework for algo trading. taking into consideration that you need to use old versions of python and binance while the instructor shall figure out a solution using latest versions. however i will regsiter for other courses from the same instructor .as i could not find better

I am currently taking the Udemy course on crypto algo trading and so far, I am very happy with it. The course is well-structured, easy to follow, and strikes a good balance between theoretical knowledge and practical application. The instructor is knowledgeable which makes the learning experience engaging and enjoyable. If you are interested in learning about crypto algo trading, I highly recommend this course as a valuable resource.

After trying some code on my own, I was looking for a serious approach to Algorithmic Trading with Python and I'm so happy I discovered this amazing course by Alex. He explains very well every detail and all the code in the examples is so simple and clean. He provides you a real and professional framework to backtest and live-trade any strategy both in Spot and Futures. The course is focused on crypto but the framework can be reused in other markets with minimal changes. I am enrolled in other courses by Alex and getting deeper in this fantastic field. He is also responsive with useful answers to questions in Q&A. My goal is to be a profitable algo trader and these courses are the perfect start point to build on them and reach my objective.

Amazing course. Up to par with the best teachers in Udemy. I give it 4.5 out of 5, because there is always room for improvement. Alex is highly technical and expects his students to put effort into things, so as to not repeat himself. If you are new to programming or new to Finance, I strongly suggest to start with the Python Crash Course, as the most challenging parts are not the programming parts, but understanding the finance lingo behind it. I will now solidify the knowledge into my own code and strategies and then continue on, to Alex's other 3 courses that peaked my interest, "Performance Optimization(...)", "Technical Analysis(...)" and perhaps the "Complete Pandas Bootcamp(...)". Definitely recommend. He does not have the most enthusiastic speaking pattern, but he knows his stuff and is constantly replying to students, which is a great thing.

Great course to start with cryptocurrency algorithmic trading. Appreciate that no existing trading framework was used (freqtrade, quantconnect etc.), but everything was coded from scratch using just the broker api wrapper. Compared to Alex's other course "Algorithmic Trading A-Z with Python, Machine Learning & AWS" some interesting topics are missing in this course (Advanced backtesting and Machine Learning), because of that I am subtracting 0.5 star.

For 2 years I keep getting back to this course for different topics. It's so far the best place with all topics covered, from programming to quantitative. It's incredible how this course helped me to start when I was a noob, and now it still teaches me and helps grow further. It's incredible to keep getting back to it. Thanks Alexander for such wonderful knowledge base!

Alexander is a great teacher with passion and professional. The course is very well structured. After this course you can really learn the basics of python and crypto market. I didn't give full five stars just cause i think will be better if it will be possible to have a discussion group or the possibility to reach directly Alexander for specific question or problems during the learning process. has arguably the best python crash course and is actually for beginners. I had done 4 courses before this but only this one has given me proper knowledge of python- I mean he has 6 hours of pandas in a crash course- This gives you information that is easily transferable. It is delivered in a way that is not just follow along code where you have no understanding of the fundamentals.
