Fairly repetitive at times but overall good description. Wish it went into a bit more detail about what to avoid, I think that's an important part of the program. Ensuring clients don't hurt a client!

This was great! Instructor explained everything very well.

By Michelle Abosso on 10/20/2020

Very informative, to the point, and the demonstrations were great. My only critique would be that one demonstration (the right arm active movement with the cups on the shoulder girdle) was hard to see due to the camera angle, but it wasn't hard to figure out if you know the anatomy and he did verbalize where to place the cups. Other than that, I really enjoyed and am inspired to really incorporate cupping into my deep work! Thanks!
