It’s more me than the tutor, it’s a higher level than I anticipated but I can modify it to my body and its needs. I have to watch in a mobile so it is often difficult to see the next moves as I’m looking down and can’t see my screen.

I did the first exercise for Root Chakra after I had walked 2.5 miles. My hips and thighs were tight on my problem left side. The routine was perfect for recovery and helped me move on with my day having more energy vs feeling that after workout drain.

It was really good, the only thing she could speak louder even with the sound at the maximum it was difficult to hear everything.

I absolutely loved it - dance is my first love before yoga came along and I signed in to the course to find my way back to it, with yoga - and that is what I experienced in this class. Namaste, thank you x

Amazing dance, powerful music behind it. So deep in thoughts and explanations of every practice. That what I really needed going through personal and around the world crisis. And the dance itself is so beautiful!.. More introductions to the whole course would be beneficial on my opinion. Thank you, Amy!

This is a hardcore glute and ankle mobility workout too! I love it! It ties in with some other exercises I've been doing – lymphatic hops and movements. Beautiful stuff. Moving the body as nature intended it. Thank you!

I just did the first one and it was amazing! I knew from the overview video that this would be special. I used to do a workout called buti yoga and it reminded me of those types of movements, but in a more grounded embodied way. It felt so freeing, energizing yet calming and then at the end so much of a release that I cried.
