The concepts were well stated, the way the learning was split and articulated states the in-depth analysis of the author. Though all these items are sort of known to us, the ignorance or seeing it as little is what that stops us, which the author has provided ideas to move ahead of those. Thanks to the lecture, it will be more supportive for my self improvement and self-reflection.

I liked the presentation of the material itself - the animation, the background music, and the speaker - voice, intonation, all. Any course that has a similar quality to the above-mentioned will get 3 starts at least from me. The content itself has some nice tips and tricks, but there is something in the examples that grates on my nerves and the general attitude that bugs me, definitely some mild prejudice present. Like - being fit and bright or fat and unhealthy. Does this mean a fat person cannot be bright? Come on... There are useful bits, but also a lot of cliche things you have already heard, spiced with some mild toxicity in the examples, and "you can do it if you have the will, go, go, push, push "(but not too much).

This is such a great course. It offers a balanced view, inspires and gives practical insights and tips. The biggest question is the "how". How do we take up some of the suggestions - and today I found the answer: decide what is most valuable to you and how you can achieve it. If it means leaving your current job, or taking a long break, so be it!

I came to this course with an open mind. As I progressed through it, I realised that I do already follow a number of the lessons within my daily life. However, it wasn't until I had completed the course that I could then piece together those lessons in a succinct way. The course itself is long enough to give you an insight into dealing with self-discipline without over burdening you with the how's and why's. In my opinion, a great course.

Thank you for your hard work. I had a hard time adjusting to the background music, I would tuned it down a level or two. The course made me laugh on some occasions and I've taken what was there for me. The part with diets was a bit too in detail, but perhaps worth knowing for those who need it. Overall, very good, however I would suggest this course for someone who hasn't learned any information or clues about self-discipline or self-love in the past. Meaning – this is for the very beginning of your self-loving journey. I am only saying this as 90% of the content I’ve already known from my past research. I enjoyed the professional voice set up. (was it the authors voice or computerized?) Thank you and wish you all the best!
