Definitely one of the best and the most detailed courses I came across. I learned a lot about DBT, and some amazing techniques for dealing with stress and anxiety as well as very helpful advice on recognizing intrusive thoughts and the tools to handle them. Great course!

This is definitely one of the best courses I took on DBT! I learned a lot of amazing techniques for dealing with stress and anxiety and I became much better at recognizing intrusive thoughts when they arise and stopping them from ruining my day.

I did find the course to be insightful yet the delivery seem to be disengaging, resources are limited and not directed into a legit text-books or any relevant articles. Though the materials are practical, I think it's better if there's an additional worksheet. Overall I learnt about DBT and how it become an effective method to treat clients with psychological distress

The course is good. It gives insights into dealing with your limiting beliefs and overcoming them. The questions to understand and deal with overwhelming situations are thought-provoking and helpful. The mindfulness exercises are challenging for me currently, hoping to put them into practice. Certain topics need more clarity. For eg, how do you write the 'I' statement in mindful communication? Radical acceptance was another topic that I have some doubts in. Is there a way to clarify doubts? Also, the volume is too low in some of the videos.

A very good course. I, as a psychologist, also learnt new skills and got some new ideas. The quality of the video, sound and slides could have been a bit better, but this is compensated by the content of the course. It was also sometimes unclear whether the course was for counsellors or for people who wanted to learn how to help themselves. Sometimes it was aimed at counsellors, sometimes it seemed to be made as a self-help course. But overall it was worth of money.

I have always had an interest in behavioral health. Coming from a family with mental illness, and working with individuals with mental and physical disabilities, I feel this course is going to give me a better understanding on how to work with them.

Highly recommended course! If this topic is new for you, you will get very good insight about it and set for yourself very good foundation to build further on. If you already know something about this theme, it is also very good for refreshing your current knowledge and building it up. It is also great for people who suffer from some of the mentioned problems and/or disorders, since instructor gives you valuable tips&tricks for dealing with them.

This wasn't the best course I've done. Not enough resources and some of the resources provided din't match what the trainer was saying. I found it strange the the trainer kept telling us how easy it is to do things like change your thought patterns and physiology. If it was that easy I wouldn't have any patients

Incredibly insightful. A rich overview and foundational walk-through of DBT. I found it personally helpful for my own state of mind having suffered with chronic anxiety, I was not using the course content as a life coach/psychiatrist (which some of the content was directed at). One of the documented resources didn’t load fully, and the captions are off in the few places, but otherwise excellent material.

I have to say that is definitely one of the best and the most detailed courses I took! I got a lot of important aspects of DBT and behavioral therapy in general. Also, I learned some great techniques for dealing with stress and anxiety as well as great advice on recognizing intrusive thoughts when they arise and the tools to handle them. Thank you for this superb course!
