This course was FANTASTIC! Every nonprofit needs help prioritizing resources when it comes to Digital Marketing. Pay attention! Social Media is NOT where you should be spending most of your time. Great content, beautifully organized, with additional downloads and resources scattered throughout. I will be looking at other Digital Charity Lab courses based on the quality of this offering.

A really useful course. It opened my eyes to many things I ( being new to this) hadn't even considered before. The tutor obviously really knew his stuff and was engaging. Loads of very useful free resources were provided with the course. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction with your guidance our fundraising has a much better chance of real success

in the beginning, it was catchy, and I wrote a lot of notes, the instructor has very good experience and knows what he is talking about, but in my opinion, it's for beginners, gives you the basics! but you need to study and do your homework to learn more. I hoped that it was a more practical course than reading topics, especially in section 7 (social media) which was the most important part, but the lectures were topics and points to read.

A lot of information and nicely paced for my easy following. 20 years in marketing and I cannot keep up with the intricacies of digital marketing. What I think would have been very beneficial are perhaps some practical tests or step by step visuals eg for SEO and Facebook. All in all, lots of great resources and links and I'll certainly be coming back on a frequent basis for reference! Thank you

Over-all it was good. I did feel that it had too many "lectures/monologues" and lacked a bit of visual support on concepts that were shared. It would be nice to have a short quiz or recap at the end of each section so we can check if the information is retained.

This course was at the right level for me...not to simple and not to advanced. I learned a lot more about Facebook Ads and appreciate the suggested strategies. I definitely feel like I have a better handle on how to manage my efforts within the digital marketing space.

Simon is truly and expert in his field, I learned so much through his course. The course is clear, precise and there is so much insight. I just signed up for two of his other courses. Keep up the great content and teachings Simon, I appreciate it!

Having 3 years working experience in online marketing, I was looking to expand and adapt my knowledge to the non-profit sector. This course did just that - it gave a comprehensive overview of relevant channels for charities, and just enough information to make the first steps. I particularly liked the clear prioritisation of channels and very concrete action points/ next steps for each of the channels. This course is really good for small charities just starting out, but I imagine it could be too basic for bigger charities with a somewhat established online presence.

This is a great course for people who already have a working understanding of Digital Marketing but not as much applied for NGO's and charities. Got great ideas from this course which I hope to implement in the future. The only thing I would like is to see a bit more in-depth details into the use of social media, apart from that, great course!

Very insightful, interesting, and a pleasure to take part in. I wasn't sure what to expect but I feel much better equipped for my upcoming job interview! The instructor was easy to follow and very engaging. Money well spent. Will definitely be taking more courses! Thank you!
