Hi, I'm Eva Riazati.
I am an educator with a passion for teaching and helping others learn new skills with confidence. I am also the creator of Tasty Homemade Recipes, where I share homemade recipes, baking tips, and kitchen inspiration for home cooks and bakers. As a food photographer, I also enjoy capturing and showcasing the beauty of homemade food.
In recent years, I have developed a passion for freshly milled flour and whole grains. I have spent countless hours learning about different grains, exploring milling techniques, testing equipment, and adapting recipes to achieve the best results.
I enjoy sharing practical, beginner-friendly guidance that helps others feel confident in their freshly milled flour journey. My goal is to help students understand the benefits of freshly milled flour and learn how to successfully use it in their everyday baking.
Whether you are completely new to milling your own flour or looking to expand your knowledge, I am excited to share what I have learned and help you bake with confidence.
