By Janice Butler on 2/11/2026
Good experience though the audio kept going softer then louder. Seems to correct by the end of the video. Sometimes hard to understand the trainer so I turned on my captions as not to miss important details. Overall, satisfied with what I learned.

Excellent and in detail explanations. Would love to have a session where SI is installed and operated in a Linux environment
By Harpreet Kapoor on 11/19/2025
The way he explained in depth is really interesting to attend and hear for the whole session.
By Anushree Panda on 10/19/2025
Instructor has explained the things clearly but in the middle of session taking break to drink water, attending meeting, yawning a lot. These are unprofessional behavior and not sure if Udemy checks all these or not? While explaining the things he is burping. this is what is not going well with this course.
By Vinay Kumar Reddy Tadipatri on 9/2/2025
he well explained about the ANSI X12 standard and also main thing is retail work flow
By Raul Berrios Rivera on 7/14/2025
Very good basic information about the EDI standard formats like ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
By Veer Gupta on 3/8/2025
Poor presentation primarily because of all trail versions or pirated versions of software including Windows, MS Office 2007, video editing software. Sterling Integrator (very old versions 5.2.4), most of the notes/presentations are VERY old may be prior to 2010 - some docs showing Sterling Commerce as company name(which is now IBM). Probably only Zoom is authentic. Audio quality is poor/not consistent which make it hard to understand sometime. recorded on broken PC/Laptop which make trainer struggle sometime. Trainer heavily fatigued at multiple occasion, sometimes just reading the docs/ppt. Lot of room for improvements but Thanks for the course.
