Instructor Bio
I play the positive sum game teaching professionals and practitioners in tech, business and organizations how to optimize leadership, employee engagement, and corporate success. I'm a leadership practitioner and evaluate the world and its challenges from an abundance perspective. I leave scarcity models to theorists.
It is not only possible but imperative that we all learn to be the difference the world needs by leveling up our leadership and management skills with new and disruptive competencies and confidence matched to real-world challenges.
Given my experience as a global executive, manager, and entrepreneur in International Organizations including The World Bank, The Royal Society, the private sector, and government agencies, I've learned on the frontlines how to lead teams and projects. And that is why I now teach field-tested lessons in my articles, live courses, and online education platforms to reach over 60k participants in the last 10 years.
Clients include international organizations like the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), in Barbados, Surinam, and Haiti. I deliver live online courses for global Fortune 500 companies in Asia, Europe, Latin America, and North America.
I was also the founder, publisher, and editor of a global, peer-reviewed journal of economic and environmental sciences, Ecodecision, featuring Francophone and Commonwealth articles and distributed to over 100 countries. My concerns and interest in Environmental Sustainable Governance (ESG) business practices remain active.
