The course content is valuable. The tips and strategies are useful in dealing with managerial, supervisory, and leadership tasks. I do appreciate that the Speaker was able to discuss the topics very well. I will surely apply or follow the learnings from this course.

Thoroughly enjoyed some specially focused sections. Created a lot of introspection and self awareness as I was online listening. Elizabeth is clear and articulate. Take home was LISTEN, Communication is an art - not just speaking, and the healing power of an apology. Overall a great listening experience!
