I really had an amazing experience all through this session. The course was indeed a good match for me. The course was well-organized, with each module focusing on a different aspect of feedback. It explained the psychological impact of feedback, helping me understand how the way we frame our comments can either inspire action or discourage progress. Each section built on the last, making it easy to follow and integrate into real-world scenarios. One of the standout lessons for me was learning the difference between constructive feedback that motivates and destructive criticism that frustrates. Overall, the course was insightful, engaging, and actionable.

As a leader of a team, this course is very helpful in managing the people in terms of helping them to achieve their goals and fullest potentials. The teacher was able to share examples which is a great aid for us to visualize the concept and apply it into our day-to-day activities.

There is some good material this course and I couldn't help notice the slides look dated and do not grab your attention. The beginning video with the instructor was poor quality, between her not looking at the audience and the camera angle was not positioned well.

For me the best part of this course is that the tone in which speaker explains the topic feels connecting. This made the session engrossing. The course is well suited for any person who needs to provide feedback, conduct one-on-one discussions etc. The topics were well covered and interesting. Overall i felt the course content was well organised and the situations mentioned relatable

I was kinda eye opening. I've been already using most of the stuff in the course but on an intuitive level. Actually getting a structured course helped a lot in organising my approach to feedback. I loved how after each chapter things just clicked into place little by little. Why not 5 stars? I don't like how the course is split into vide segments. Most times I felt I needed to make notes was mid a portion of the video not between them, and given that they are as short as they come, not great. The cuts to the video are also not great, as if it was 1 whole presentation and then cut into pieces as an afterthought.

Good intro, lays it out better than expected. However disappointing overall as there is little to no content on how to deliver difficult feedback or deal with a difficult worker whose performance is putting their role in jeopardy. The advice on asking questions and verbal cues is great, but how do I deliver feedback that no matter how delivered is going to be perceived as highly negative?

Loved it, the remarks made are very to-the-point and the actions/suggestions are accessible and practical. Would you like to try at times a voice tone and speaking rythm slightly more 'spicy' and dynamic, as some recordings have a little low sound level and made it harder to follow (only a few, but the change between two videos creates a loss of congruence in our listening flow). It would also keep a lively connection with the auditor, while respecting the speaking rythm that is required to allow absorbing the concepts. Thank you for a great training !

Elizabeth provided insight on what it feels like to receive feedback and a general structure to giving it that I (like to think) intrinsically knew, but may not have been able to voice. If you haven't given feedback in awhile and want a refresher, this course is for you! It's direct, to the point, and not overly laborious - it's an excellent reminder on something we could all probably be better at doing. If you're new to management and want more in-depth understanding of giving feedback and how to do it, or want some real-world examples of the good, the bad, and the ugly of feedback, this may not be the class for you.

I have had some knowledge about giving positive and constructive feedback, I'm less than half way through this course and I have learned so much already. This course is superb for all aspiring leaders and coaches, pretty much for everyone. I definitely recommend it !!

Like many others, I do often struggle giving feedback to colleagues. She really breaks down the step by step process on doing it. Giving or receiving feedback isn't as scary now. I'm excited to implement this system into my career. Thank you Elizabeth!
