My name is Sorin, and I will be your instructor. I have been working as a manager and trainer for the last 10 years, and I used to coach young professionals.
And, the plan is to share with you what I have learned from my experience, and to pass on what I have learned during my training, a while ago.

This is an excellent course for anyone interested in executive coaching or business case development. The instructor, Sorin Dumitrascu, is knowledgeable and provides great examples. The course is well-organized and easy to follow. The pros are that the course provides a lot of information in a short amount of time. The cons are that some of the material could be more in-depth. Overall, I highly recommend this course to anyone interested in these topics.

The Executive Coaching and Business Case Development course is a great way to learn about the inner workings of an executive coach. Sorin's teaching methods are impressive, he has so much knowledge that it really feels like you're getting individual attention! The one thing I enjoyed most about this class was seeing how each student progressed over time with their own personalized homework assignments-it made me realize just what makes him such an effective teacher for our team members who might not always be able get access elsewhere or have enough hours in order make significant progress on projects at work without distractions from other obligations (or both).

Good content with various examples. The second part of the session (Business case) was too rushy.

Good course. Connection between coaching and business case development was not clear.
By Michael Thompson on 7/28/2017
The concepts are simple, but that's what makes them intuitive and such good reminders about how others actually support us well - and how we should be using the same approach in our coaching to others. Sorin pays a lot of attention to what most coaches miss, which is that people do not work towards the goals of others - they work on their own goals, and that is why the coachee needs to be the goal setter. The course provides several examples in each iteration of exactly how to apply coaching theory pragmatically. Sometimes it seems too elementary, but therein lies the problem for most coaching relationships: The thought that there is a magic that should be happening. Thanks for bringing us back to the practical realities of coaching.

Informative but not as in depth as having alot of quizzes and not step by step on some websites that was reccomended. But, with that being said, it was no magic bullet, but it still worked as advice, coupled w feedback, this course really feels like u hired a business mentor. When I started this course I had a great idea for a local business but no idea of how to go about starting it up. After completing the course, I now have the confidence to proceed, the basic knowledge of what to do, but most importantly I know many of the potential pitfalls and how to avoid them.

Sorin is an excellent teacher, and what a gem to come across this course. I am only part way through the course, and am amazed at the way he offers the material in an organized and principled fashion, with down to earth examples. I was looking for such a course, and am learning a lot. The class was above my expectation - he goes into different aspects of business so he covers all business ideas so they can develop their own business plan.
