Course Description

This course FactoryTalkViewME Training connecting to Studio 5000 PLC's using Factory Talk Studio Software is for any of you who require the knowledge to create and maintain a FactorytalkView ME project and be familiar with all the tools available. This software is an HMI software used for operating and controlling operations across all aspects of industry and entertainment. It is especially suited to interface with RS Studio 5000 PLC programs but is not limited to this. It is extremely user-friendly and versatile and for me, it is the HMI I would use over and above anything else if at all possible.

During this course, I shall be covering the Differences between SE and ME. There are many similarities, but also a number of significant differences which will be highlighted.

I shall be your instructor during this training and I have had many years of practical experience creating projects and programming PLC's, HMI's, commissioning, and face to face training. I also possess a SAQA Further Education and Training Certificate: Measurement, Control and Instrumentation. This is South African but recognized in many countries internationally.

The course will start by introducing you to Factory Talk View Studio and the Factory Talk Directory

Then we shall create our first project

I taught myself on how to develop Factory Talk view me applications. Taking this course has shown me development steps that I was not aware of. Very happy with the presentation.

This course gave me the opportunity to learn aspects that I have not been exposed to in the field. This has made me better at efficiently running the application.

Very good basics on factorytalkview and RSLogix controller. the instructor had a very detailed explanation and ver easy to understand. He speaks slowly using the short possible time. He is the one of the best instructor in this field of control system.

By Marcellus on 4/6/2020

Muito bom, mas não diz no início que pra fazer os exercícios tem que ter PLC e simulador instalado no computador pois sem conexão com controlador fica difícil realizar o curso.

By Conrad Lepe on 12/10/2019

The content is good, the delivery is boring. I am continuing with the course and if it hits home I will change my rating.
