Now that I am more in to the course, I am liking it. I still find it a bit slow though.

This course is amazing! I know that I will come back to it again and again because the material is really essential in navigating the different stages of our lives. For me personally being menopausal, its eye opening. I have a greater understanding of what is actually happening from diet, to sleeping and my hormones in general. I cant thank you enough!

I really enjoyed the information that was delivered. I am post menopausal and have the dreaded spare tire! Understanding the hormones and how they change through life cycles has enhanced my understanding of my own body, enabling me to attempt changing my approach to food and exercise. The information provided will allow me to help my clients and I am able to direct them to this course for a deeper understanding of how hormones affect our bodies, young to old. Thank you. Your take away at the end was fantastic, positive and on point. thank you

As a Certified Nutrition Specialist, I still found that this course had a lot of value to what I already know and learned. I believe it would be quite valuable and highly educational for those who have little or no nutritional training and recommend this course to those looking to better understand hormones (and nutrition). Thank you from the Food Dr Taylor.

I take this course because i want to be learning, really good information the teacher explains very clear and understandable, I recommend this course all the women want to know about the feminine hormones and the pre-menopause and the menopause.

Through these jargon of hormonal balance, advocating HRT is a risky approach. Going with balanced carb, high fat & medium protein seems to better bet with mental relaxation & long walks with music in the ears. Conclusively, ELEL is a better balance overall followed by EMEM for few days. Eating a good source of glucose/fructose in small portions seems important,

All of the information was very knowledgeable and helpful! I appreciate all your hard work in educating me and other! I would say the only thing missing is more material on notes, or a workbook to follow along with. Other than that I loved the course and learned a lot! Thank you!

Thank you for this course! I have been on a journey around a decade now with fibromyalgia, hashimoto's hypothyroidism, and estrogen dominance. This course affirmed many things I researched and learned over the years, as well as, teaching me a few new things and combining them in an easy to understand and access manner!

So far, I am really enjoying this course due to the explanation of how hormones work together and the role of diet and lifestyle. I already know some about hormones, but this course is filling in the gaps that I didn't quite understand previously and I can already see the practical application of the information coming together.

I did learn a lot and understand better how hormones are effecting our daily lives. I did appreciate the last video where the presenter showed herself and put certain things in a nutshell. This personal touch made the course better than just going through slides, even if the voice was very engaging.
