In my free time, I LOVE to travel, mix cocktails, play some paintball or airsoft, play video games (big gamer right here), to chill with my friends and to share my knowledge and give value.

Pretty good! Everything is very useful. Only point is that I do not come in contact with any military type fragment scenerios. However, it could happen living in Los Angeles where shootings do occur. So good to know.

It was great to follow this course. Easy and clearly understandable. I liked the SABC Scheme and the practice sheets. I already knew some of the topics from previous seminars that I did and refresh my knowledge. As Uri says: Practice, practice, practice. But I also learn some other tips always useful to know. I learned a lot from this course. Explanations were clear and easy to understand. I would have liked to see content such as "what can you do if someone is having a heart attack?", or "what if someone accidentally chops off a finger?". I knew going into the course exactly what it was going to contain though, so no complaints. It was also a pleasant bonus that the instructor is so easy on the eyes.
