Course Description

Currently Flutter is one of the most popular cross platform framework amongst the developers. Flutter targets multiple platforms from a single code base. In this course, you will learn how to build apps for Android and iOS using the core components of Flutter. Also, you will learn syntaxes and essential features of Dart Programming Language since Dart is used to build Flutter projects.

You will begin with Dart Programming Language and you will begin from scratch. Dart is a powerful language and heavily optimized for Flutter. You will learn many features of Dart, specially those are required for Flutter. You will learn Lambda Expressions which will help you work functionally and alos Null Safety will protect your code from crashing due to Null Pointer Exception. You will learn about Object Oriented concepts like Inheritance, Polymorphism, Abstraction and Mixin that can help you to write your code in a modular format.

You will be introduced with many Widgets-the main core components of Flutter. The more you know about Widgets, the more you know Flutter. It's also important to take few considerations while chosing Widgets, because at the end of day, performance play a key role in any software development. Widgets need to be refractored and you will learn how to seperate codes into reusable Widgets and Methods. You will also learn the basic State Management approach using Stateful Widget and the necessity of Stateless and Stateful, where to use, when to use and why to use them in a proper way.

You will learn Provider - a simple yet powerful approach for State Management and also know how this approach can turn your project in a extendable, expandable pattern. You need to understand the state and then chose which approach is best for you. State Management is a very crucial part of Flutter and many developers are tempted with many approaches and end up overdoing things. You will learn exactly what you need to identify and manage the states of you app in an optimized way.

To persist data, this course covers both the local and cloud persistance. Local Database is important to cache data and also for apps those really dont' need to share its data to the world. You will learn SQLite and CRUD operations and migrations also. You will use Firebase for cloud solution, a powerful backend backed by Google. Firebase provides many services, both in free and paid subscription. Authentication, Realtime Database, Storage, Messaging, Functions are the key services that has been covered in this course.

You will learn how to make web requests and fetch JSON and convert it to Dart objects. Dart provides a convenient package for handling network operations and web requests.

In parallel with learning, you will be practicing the conventions and recommendations for writing good codes using principals, patterns and good practice approaches.

By the end of this course, you will be able to build any kind of mobile apps using Flutter and will have a strong foundation and clear concept.

Very useful course for beginners. The tutor teaches well and addresses all the errors and mistakes which me could make and gives us the appropriate clarifications. I would have been more comfortable if the tutor has used VS vode.

Very detailed. It covers many important topics, building up your foundations as you go. The instructor rambles a little sometimes, but that may be me getting impatient about things I already understand because I'm not a complete beginner programmer. Occasionally, but not often, how words are pronounced in his accent can be hard to understand at first, but are easily understood from context right after.

I really enjoyed the course, it took quite a long time but it was very necessary and meaningful at the end of the day. I learnt way more than enough and I will continue to make reference to this course over and over. Thank you so much

This course offers a solid introduction to Flutter. However, general programming knowledge would be advantageous, as some Dart and Flutter concepts could have been explained better. While it's a good starting point, supplementary resources may be necessary (for someone who has never coded before) for a comprehensive understanding.

This course is underrated! it lives up to its name "Build Mobile Apps like a Pro" Syed is a great tutor, he knows where to introduce a new topic, how to introduce the topic, and how to scale the topic to more complex used without leaving you confused. Thank you very much Syed. Edited Request: Hello sir Syed, can I make a request for you to consider added App testing i.e. unit, widget, and integration test? And as well as Bloc state Management. These additions would set this course apart from the rest. I have done my research and I have not seen any Flutter beginner to advanced courses covered in addition to what is already covered here. Wooah that was fast! Thank you for the latest addition sir!!!!

by the range of topics, you can say that it's the most completed series about Flutter here in Udemy! But It's not for me, I have struggled understanding from somewhere in the middle of Flutter programing section, and there are parts which he starts to write code as like we should know them, he seems he'd understood everything well but passing the knowledge onward is not everyone's job!

I have taken a few different courses on Flutter now, but I have to say that you have gone above and beyond. His recent updates have made it an excellent resource and the best course overall for learning Flutter. Be prepared to be challenged, but if you work through the course you will be quite knowledgable by the time you are done.

from the basic level this lecturer is teaching. all the basic topics are easily understandable. before I have purchased another course but that lecturer not covered basic topics so within a day I redeem that course and purchased this course. this course is very helpful for me to upgrade my skills in flutter

This is beautiful teaching. I had to come back to reiterate how great this course is. The best I have come across so far on Flutter. Why? The rudimentary elements of flutter are explained whilst bearing in mind that students don't want to remain tutorial superstars but actually wish to develop professional applications. The next sections then go on to break down different types of applications that one might possibly encounter. The mesh of projects presented and the depth to which they are covered means that as long as one physically follows along, there is very little chance that one won't be able to build fully functioning applications on their own. I only wish there were sections on testing (unit and integration) and Riverpod. Well done, Syed.
