Flutter Web: Create A Responsive Sleek Developer Portfolio (Udemy.com)

Haris is one of the first few instructors to have a working course on Flutter web. While the lessons are rough around the edges, they nevertheless get the job done. Can't wait to get started on my own projects and am eagerly waiting for more updated courses from Haris.

Amazingly explained design concepts. This course will help only in design point of view, and you'll not be able to learn core dart & business logic here.

Clear and precise. Excellent for beginners. However, Haris could explain concepts a bit more. For example, in sec 22, he could have explained that "the reason why we provide a function for property builder is because builder is of type function. It is a callback. It needs to point to a function, which it will execute later along with pre-calculated objects context and size...". Then show the file definition..etc. That way, users will know where context and size comes from, and that it's using a callback for the user to define how ResponsiveBuilder draws the elements. Nevertheless, excellent material and I would buy Haris' other videos.

I really enjoyed this course and I thought he did an amazing job with explaining the concepts. He has a great sense of humor and style. I highly recommend this course!

I am about this finish this course. I must say it was a very nice one. Clear, well explained and easy to follow as to apply. I am not very experience in Flutter and I was really happy to see how the development of a webpage could be done with it. In the same time it was the occasion to build my portfolio, so I am very satisfied with this course. Thank you Haris!

Good Course. Though not completely detailed, its quite enough for covering basics of Flutter web. Possible improvements could include topics like web security, cookies and sessions.

Good course and intro to Flutter and web development. The course and project is useful and interesting and teacher explains the steps very well and is responsive. I learned a lot and hope to learn more about Flutter.

Making too zoom looks very bad especially when using a big screen. You can use ctrl+ "+" to make some points also you can increase font like 24 or a little less it can be seen in small screens at the same time.

In a nutshell, it's a course well worth taking. It's super beginners friendly. The instructor puts a lot of effort to make the content clear and easy to understand and, ultimately, you can create and deploy a website. It also is useful for more advanced Flutter developers. I learnt quite many things regarding Flutter web and some good use of widgets that I didn't know before. I appreciate the fact that the instructor (Haris), put it in a simplistic and yet pragmatic approach to state management and dependency injection. Personally, I would do things a bit differently. But If I were a beginner Flutter developer, then his approach and explanations is a lifesaver and makes it easy to pick up the concept fast. This course most definitely can be a solid foundation for developing single page websites using Flutter framework. From there with a bit more research and use of more advanced design architecture/pattern, anyone could develop a fantastic website, in my opinion. So, thanks Haris for putting together this friendly and informative course, I appreciate your efforts in developing this project.
