THE LESSONS ARE WELL-CONVEYED. THE TEACHER IS CLEAR AND CONCISE. THE CONTENT MAKES SENSE AND IS VERY USEFUL. BUT, THERE ARE STILL SOME SMALL ERRORS IN THE QUIZ REGARDING GRAMMAR.

This course is a help for me in my communication with others in a working place or other places. It's defines what communication is all about, and what is a good communication and bad communication and the types of communication I can use to communicate with other people, and why? Very good course for people who don't know how to communicate with others.

Nursing 101 stuff. Good refresher if not from America. If you're from America you would have learned this your first day in nursing school.

I enjoyed this course and the instructor was well spoken and engaging. I'd like to have had a little more content and interactive activities. This course fulfilled my CEU requirement for employment as a clinical instructor.

I am nurse practitioner that attended graduate classes in USA but my nursing degree is originally from Poland. I wish this class was available when I came to USA 10 years ago. Transition to USA healthcare system as a nurse trained in other county was challenging. Back then there was no support available to me at all. This class is well done and presets all aspects of communication. Class is engaging and presented with good production quality.

I am LPN and I think that class is very useful for any nurse or healthcare worker regardless of their education background. I would strongly encourage people to take that class. Healthcare communication is so important you can never have enough education in that area. This class covers all important aspect of effective communication and shows great examples on what to do and what not to do. I am looking forward to more classes from this company.

Relevant to current practice and supported by evidence. As nurse educator I think this would be a great resource for all students from in a foreign country.

I am hospitalist that came to USA to work. This lecture is great idea for anyone like me. Lecture was clear and very helpful. I would recommend a lecture about Introduction to USA healthcare systems.

By Patrycja Polynski on 10/12/2014

Good information. I am an owner of recruiting company in Poland that sends home health aids abroad. This class will help many of them to understand key points of healthcare communication. Language is a bit complex at times for people that have not live in USA. Idea of classes for foregin born health care professionals is wonderful. Polecam ten wyklad. Dobra inforacje. Napewno Ci sie przyda jak chcesz pracowas w USA w sluzbie zdrowia.
