You will need to adjust your expectation when a video about golang is only 1.5hours long, this video is not for programming beginners to start with, if you do not have prior experience in scripting or programming you should explore other golang courses that explain in detail on the theory about data types, functions, packages, structs, concurrency. The video is more of a demonstration of the sections, it might be useful for a quick run through on what Go has to offer before deciding to deep dive and invest time to learn Go.
