What to Expect:
We will be using Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator; the industry-standard applications for graphic design. I'll also review relevant terms and design practices to help you create pixel-perfect projects for print and web, with the goal to get you up and running as soon as possible so you can start your new and exciting career as a graphic designer.
If you aren't looking to learn design for a job, don't worry - this is a great course for you too! All project files are included as a free download at the beginning of each section, and you are welcome to use the files however you want, or simply to follow along with the projects as you move through the lessons.

For the most part, all of the principles you will learn in this course transcend the tools you actually use - There are students using Adobe versions from CS3 up to CC 2019, and there are even students using apps like Sketch and Pixelmator to make some of the projects in this course.

Very good course and explanations are clear. I am using Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign for a long time now for my personal projects but I learned more tips and knowledge. I have experienced a lot things and gained more knowledge about graphic design, the were lot of things that was challenging me but as soon as i enrolled to this course i became more better and i was able to deal with those challenges.

I was really frustrated with this course in the beginning with that darn pen tool! But I stuck it out, took some other courses how to use that darn pen tool, and then relaxed into this course. I refer back to it for certain things, like packaging up a logo and that has helped a lot! I'm looking forward to the next Boot Camp offered by Derrick.

Before when i started this course i really dont know to how to make a logo,banner,etc but this course teach me lot about graphic design

For someone with zero experience in photoshop i think that it would make a great deal if the shortcuts are provided and the course is a bit slower and clearer. The audio vs the action is little too fast.

I really enjoyed the course and learned a lot. The Illustrator part was a struggle, as I do not know it at all (especially compared to Photoshop). I consider myself pretty good at PS, but learned SO many little tricks I didn't know before. That was awesome! The Facebook live part should be more of access, but not required to finish the course. Felt that part was more of a learning thing for the teacher. Overall, a Fun course. Thanks!
