I help people do more and stress less while improving leadership and communication skills.
Yes, I want to kill it at work. But I also want a great life outside of work, with lots of time for myself. Don’t you?
But instead:
- You find yourself feeling like the day just slips away, with not much crossed off the list.
- The work does get done...eventually, but you’re exhausted.
- Those personal projects? They’ve fallen by the wayside. You’ve got the best of - intentions but it just. Doesn’t. Happen.
That’s where I come in. I’ll help you:
- Stop constantly worrying that you have forgotten to do something, or are behind on something. And those things you aren’t doing? It’ll be because you CHOSE not to do them. Not because you dropped the ball.
- Prioritize effectively so that you can spend the right amount of time on the right things...for you, your family and your job.
- Have more time for play and rest, and kick any guilt about it to the curb.

It was a great course, even when some things may not work when you just have a small team of 5 people with some working hybrid and some working fully remote. One thing which I've missed is how to motivate silent workers to try out some of the team building and communication methods shown in this course.

I was initially hesitant to take this course as with more than two years of hybrid work it seemed that there is not much left to learn, but this course delivered above my expectation in giving actual practical advanced tips and summing up key areas of considerations for project and team management situations. Engaging delivery with a clearly communicated key takeaways. Thank you!

The content of this course is really good and helpful, even if a lot of the advice is things we're already doing. Would give it 5 stars. But the production quality is awful. The video keeps getting darker and lighter throughout the playback. And the repeated adjusting of glasses accompanied by a brief pause (is this an editing artifact) is really distracting.

Perfect match, awesome lecture, in particular handling mistakes...creating an atmosphere where mistakes are shared with other team members in a meeting setting, identifying why they happened, how to fix the mistake, and then preventing the same mistake in the future! This creates a trusting environment for all. Very well presented!

I took this course out of curiosity but it exceeded my expectations. Thank you for creating such a valuable course, I made a lot of notes I'll try to apply within my collages and in activities within my work. Highly recommended to anyone who is new in team management and bulding.

The content was very relevant and applicable to leadership development regardless of whether you're in a hybrid environment or not. Yes, there were points specific to hybrid but most of the content can be applied in any situation. Also, it appeared Alexis might have been reading from a prompter or a notes file - transitions were not sometimes unnaturally long and the pushing up of eyeglasses and moving hair from left side of face was a bit distracting at times. Also, light changes were distracting as well. Overall, it reinforced what I already do and provided additional tools to help improve my leadership skillls.

Really good course. A lot of stuff there is more probably fitting for big companies / corporations managers and not for small companies or people working in B2B model, but there is a lot of tools to use and shape to your current situation in my opinion. Can really recommend it as valuable and well spent time. The audio mix is sometimes bit too high, so just good to have hand on volume mixer, just in case.

I don't manage a team per se, but still found the information, advice, and strategies in this course very applicable and helpful. Each of the "bite-sized" modules was very concise and the course as a whole was well thought out and organized. I came away with many ideas that I am excited to try with my colleagues as our team changes and grows and as we continue to build a pleasant, respectful, and productive working environment.
