Charlie, a teacher with more than 20 years of experience and a former IELTS examiner, built this as a quick orientation to the test. It runs about 5 hours across 46 lectures, split into listening, reading, writing and speaking, plus an intro on how the exam is assessed. The syllabus shows speaking is the biggest block at roughly 99 minutes, and the listening practice section adds another 95. It is aimed at pre-intermediate English and above, and at people who have never seen the test.

Reviewers like the small, straight-to-the-point lessons, the plain language and the easy-to-remember tips. One student says they got a 7.5 on the first try using only this course, though they add that their English was already decent. The complaints are consistent. One reviewer finished it in a day, and several want more practice tests and worked solutions. A 2-star reviewer who had sat IELTS before found nothing new on how to solve each question type. Another flagged possible wrong answers in the first listening test, and a few older reviews mention completion and certificate glitches.

the course is elaborated in well manner. though I find it very long, might be due to the time constraint, as I am working simultaneously, my bad. Altogether the information is bundled up appropriately with quiz & paper for additional help. Superb!

the course is well explained as to what the IELTS exams is all about. however, some more practise content can be added. But its a good course if you have no idea what IELTs is all about. happy learning!!

The teacher did not elaborate much on how to solve each type of questions. The information that is shared in the course is almost equal to what we already know as ex-students of IELTS. I thought the course will help in achieving better result. I am disappointed. May be it is not for ex students but students who are appearing for IELTS for the first time.

Despite of be in the beginning , I am feeling well motivated and I am tanking some notes while the instructor share the tips. I am satisfied with the listening and speaking parts on the whole but it would have been better if you would depict the ways how to solve the task 1 and 2 of the writing and to resolve the 40 Reading questions as a sample respectively i mean as a model answer. That's all. Thank you sir.

This was a very informative course with lucid and thoroughly explained sections throughout the whole course. I've learnt a lot of techniques for the speaking and writing tests, that I wasn't particularly aware of prior to taking the course. This course lives up to its title of "Masterclass", I highly recommend it!
